Laptop poor

This is the second time I complain about this. Lenovo is poor I got a laptop at Vodacom but was 3 months and it was dead never came on and it was very slow before this happened. Got it back it so slow I type a word and when done it start to write the word after I finished typing. Take for ever to start up. I phone Lenovo very nice I'll phone you back we sort it, month later no call nothing must say if they move faster to call me back we might go back in time great service Lenovo. Best Vodacom if they send it away there no record of it just take laptop and send it away not record not even when you get it back no record what they done well done Vodacom fast to take your money on contracts but not fast to fix your problems
