My laptop screen cracked, It was impossible to be put through to someone who could tell me where to get my screen repaired. When finally speaking to some D**S on the phone i had to repeat each word i said for him to understand me. when confirming my details ( that i spelled out nice and slow ) they were still wrong! i just want to be told where i can get my laptop fixed! this is actually a k*k product i bought the top of the range Lenovo and its giving me k*k and i get no F**king support to fix the F**king thing!
