I have recently posted a negative review of the company on this forum, following action from them, I would like to upgrade the review. I have been contacted by a very helpful gentleman, called Jan Praet. After I explained my issues I am having, with my tablet, we have established that I am in fact having software problems. I have pointed out to him, that their company contact details are listed incorrectly, with a Google search, which he will attend to.
