Good Product - No Service in South Africa

I use Lenovo as the go to brand in my business when looking for laptops. I'm very happy with the actual laptops, the build quality is really good.

However a product is as good as the support. Each laptop I buy comes with a 3 year on site warranty. This doesn't really help if you can not get in contact with the service center.

We have been in discussions with the international call center and they assisted us in confirming the hard drive failure however we are unable to get the South Africa call center / service center to uphold the warranty promise of next day service.

We are sitting without a laptop for days and it is only 4 months old.

Lenovo is a good product, however the warranty service is South Africa is a massive black hole.
