Good Bye Lenovo and thanks for my paper weight

I bought a Mix 3 LTE 2 in 1 Tablet / Laptop about 2 years ago which is an absolute piece of junk which I've hardly had any use out of ! It was meant to be a light weight travel companion for personal use but it's not fit for purpose, it hasn't done anything it's supposed to: 1. Won't see the external hard drive (includes external CD/DVD drive) - with 32g on board how do survive without a hard drive 2. Bluetooth is a joke - doesn't pair with virtually anything - apparently there are apps that may help??? 3. the App Store - would be nice to download apps, can't do that either. 4. When it's in the mood it will intermittently connect to the internet - prefers a cell hot spot to my WIFI ................. what's the point? 5. Lenovo does not have a complaints facility on their website and no one to answer a complaints query at the office! And for the good stuff - (a) it switches on, (b) you can play solitaire and (c) it makes a pretty but VERY expensive paper weight! AWESOME!! Net result - Lenovo was always my preferred choice in business laptop (3 laptops over 9 years) but no more - I'm very happy with my i7 Dell Latitude which has performed faultlessly for the last year. You sold me this piece of junk in my personal capacity so no way am I going to trust or support you for my business needs!! Had enough - Good Bye!
