Faulty Lenovo Laptop

I purchased my IdeaPad 1 in May 2023 at Incredible Connection, 3 months later my laptop started flickering white dots and Blue screen of death. After i wrote a review on Hellopeter they responded. In April 2024 Lenovo replaced my LCD screen. October 2024 the same problem reoccurred.

I contacted Lenovo immediately with screenshots. I have requested after many conversations a refund or a new device. I work on my laptop every day and cannot just send it for repairs (again) and be without a device. Now paying because my warranty expired.

It is already the 5th of Jan 2025, and still no solution. Communication do not work, just please replace my device.
