Faulty and poor quality laptop.

I am so defeated. so I bought a laptop from HIFI CORP and a few months later I had to take it in for repairs because the screen was opening up and about to fall off the hinges. I took it and the lady even said to me no it is visible that its not self damage and they had been getting laptops with the same issue so they took it in. few months after getting it fixed the same thing happens so i went to the store and it was a different manager and he told me that they might say its self damage and i told him that if he looked at the edges and outer part of the laptop he would see that it didn't fall or had any force on it as i bout it to work on it and there are 2 other laptops in the house that we use but this is the only one with issues. anyway I have received a call and a quotation because it is now out of guarantee or something and my question was so now I must pat R3000 for something that will clearly need fixing again for the same thing without if being my fault even. I'm so disappointed and hurt shame. will forever regret ever buying that lenovo laptop and purchasing from HiFi Corp.
