Dysfunctional Laptop

Dysfunctional laptop bought on April 2023 it has not completed even 2 years but has issues, I'm very disappointed. It is slow,press it itself and open apps, videos not playing instead they are on playback mode while my setting is not playback mode and the keyboard keys are not working .
