Defective Lenovo Laptop,Brand New and Already Useless.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing, unresolved issues with my Lenovo laptop and the lack of urgency in addressing them.

Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution through your support channels, Lenovo laptop continues to be a complete letdown. After just a few months of basic use, it’s now overheating to the point of shutting down entirely. Not only is it unusable for anything remotely demanding, but it’s also unreliable for the simplest of tasks. For the price and brand reputation, this is incredibly frustrating. I expected at least baseline performance and durability. Lenovo I need my laptop fixed ASAP!!!!
