Damaged Lenovo Notepad

I bought a Lenovo Ideapad 100S less than a month ago at Dion Wired, The Grove branch. On the day that i bought it, I had to set it up and it requested me to type in my email address. My \@\" was not producing \"@\" when i clicked on it and had to thus spend a lot of time hopping around all over the notebook looking for this supposed \"@\" button which had actually been switched with the \"inverted commas\" button. I thought little of it but as time went by it started to get irritating. My brother suggested i call them and place a complaint for a factory fault and they kept me giving me different phone numbers to call but never a solution, I think i called about 3/4 different people and the last person i called could not hear me basically he kept saying i cannot hear you, the line is bad but i could hear the person perfectly well. I finally decided to call their 0800 number and that call was also not going through. It just did not ring. So i decided to submit my report on hello peter, and see if anything can come of it. "
