Brand new (faulty) Laptop

Had my first Lenovo for 4/5 years and I had no problems. Now, had to buy a new laptop and decided on the Lenovo Idea range.... WORST CHOICE EVER. The laptop is now 4 months old and shuts down, freezes non stop and slower than my old PC. Ive tried the call centre. Ive tried the place where I bought it.
