BAD PRODUCT

I bought a intel Core i5 Laptop from Jbay Computers and Games at end Jan/Feb 2023 (thus 5 months ago) for R16 000. The hard drive crashed Yesterday. Initially was said they cannot recover my work (weeks and months of WORK) even with it on 'cloud' that I cannot do over. The owner think it was something to laugh about. It is a BAD product, it seems. They then recovered some documents. I got advice somewhere that there is a specialist in WC who can recover, but Jbay Computers insist that I pay for the replaced drive although the laptop in within its guarantee. It seems Jbay computers and Lenovo thinks it is a joke while for me it is a very serious matter that cost me a lot of money. I insist that Lenovo and Jbay Computers send the drive to WC so that my work can be recovered. I am very disappointed as I thought I buy a good product from a professional shop. Nobody seems to care. R16 000 for 5 months! I would say they must replace this bad product and recover my work. Who would be happy with this poor machine and poor service??
