6 BROKEN IDEALPAD FLEX 5

I bought a Lenovo IdealPad Flex 5 1135G7 as it was recommended by my daughter's school, there were 7 girls in her class that bought them, out of the 7 bought 6 of them the hinges broke off when you opened the screen to stand up like an I pad, this also caused the screen to crack. The school wrote a letter confirming this. This was after 5 months of use. I have been trying to sort this issue out since March 2023 and now they say the warranty expired in June 2023 ( I have all the correspondence) I took it to be repaired and was quoted R14,000 to fix it WHAT A JOKE I ORIGINALLY PAID R15370 FOR A NEW ONE I have been pushed from pillar to post. Guys please DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT AS OBVIOUSLY THERE IS A MANUFACTURING FAULT. I have tried their call centre and only get to speak to an agent, I asked for a customer service Manager, but they can't put me through to one ITS A JOKE. I can also see on the site they obviously do not care as they do not reply to any complaints DO NOT BUY THE PC IT IS FAULTY
