Zamokuhle worse than public hospital
My child fell and broke her arm at around 20:30, i took her to Zamokuhle hospital, they admittwd her and kept saying that the Doctor will come, its now after 10 am she has not been assisted yet they are going to claim from thw medical aid, i have been asking what time is the Dr coming they all have no idea, this is terrible service even public hospital does not take this long to see a Dr,their TVs are not working. i should have read the reviews before i come here, i see majority of them are horrible service, i regret bringing her here,

22 May 2024, 11:20All i need is for the Doctor to come and see her, i brought her here last night the reason being it was an emergency but it was just waste of time ,they don't even give her pain relieve syrup, the same as being at home, the water is cold. other people in this ward are all complaining about the poor service. If i knew i would have went to Netcare i have never had any problem there everything is on point.
