Zamokuhle Private hospital (PAEDS ward)

On the 16th November 2021, my 2 year 10 months daughter had fever and got worst during the night. I called zamokuhle's hospitsal to find out what's their process when I bring my daughter into casualty, the casualty staff answered most of my questions but the were not sure if myself or my wife would be allowed to stay with my daughter should she be admitted, so they asked to transfer me to the paediatric ward to get clarity but the nurse on the paediatric ward had an attitude. I asked just a simple question" Is my wife or myself allowed to stay with my daughter if she gets admitted", instead of getting a yes or no, she just gave me attitude, told me "she doesn't understand my question", I must call casualty again and hung up.. I decided to take my daughter to another hospital. The paeds ward in Zamokuhle really needs customer service, Even though my daughter was born there and her paeditrician is there, I won't be returning to Zamokuhle
