Zamokuhle bad service

I took my son for a circumcision at Zamokuhle Private Hospital. Little did I know that they had scheduled over 30 boys for the same thing on that day and there were only 2 doctors to do them all. We were all asked to come at 12 Midday. After we waited over 2 hours only then did the doctors arrive well after 2PM, from that point it was confusion after confusion. At one point I was told my son needs me and I was sent to the “comfort room” I waited all alone in there for over an hour without anyone letting me know what is going on. I did not see anyone get tested for COVID-19 and to make matters worse after he came out of theatre at 4:30 PM I had to rush to the pharmacy to get his prescription but they didn’t have either of the medications stated. It was a very negative experience for me and I would never recommend that hospital to anyone. I was let down on all fronts. If I as a parent was feeling frustrated and confused I can only imagine how the little boys felt that day. I called a neighbor at 9:30 PM to find out how it had gone and her son was still in the queue. I’m very let down.
