Worst service ever

Yesterday around 09:00 i went the casualty section as i was involved in an accident. The receptionist lady turned me back saying that my medical option is treated as private. When i cally medical aid they said its not true and the lady could have called them 4 authorization and i believe them coz i was admitted there b4 with the same medical aid im using. I used to rate the hospital high but yesterday i was proven wrong. Regards Masingita
