Worst service at lenmed Lenasia

Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada Lenasia worst service!! My mother was admitted to hospital on a Friday , 2 days later the radiology department declines the MRI as they said the patient was not in hospital , when querying with the receptionist they directed me to the accounts department where I was told they could not update the patients information as they had too many other patients to see too and thus not informing medical aid that the patient was still admitted in hospital. Terrible service causing patients to pay cash when in hospital as the medical aid won’t approve any claims due to lenmed negligence.
