Worst service

I remember the day I went to the account department in zamokuhle! The guy said to me I owe wen we called my medical aid they said everything it’s paid ! I was just from a very traumatic event yet the accounts manager has the nerve to be rude , impossible,no remorse !!!!the level of service it’s the worst now I get a call from the national debt say I owe ! For what I do not even know
