Worst Hospital in Durban - Shifa Private Hospital
<p> I have been harrassed by the hospital manager PA. I was told I will get refunded on my meals because the food was terrible & I had to stop eating because of me getting stomach cramps and diarrhea. I was in communication with Helen Kotze but after I left the hospital I sent emails & no response. I would like for a director to contact me before I can go to the media with this complaint! The hospital manager Mr Asmal not once contacted me to apologise for my experience or neither did he sms me. I believe the hospital </p> <p>manager PA is his wife, which explains why he did not apologise to me. Patetic Service!!!</p> <p> </p>
