Worst hospital ever, negligent staff

My mother was rushed to Lenmed Daxina Private hospital on 01/01/2024 at 21:13 presenting with severe bleeding and abdominal cramps. It took a while for the ER staff to attend to her. When they finally attended to her and decided to admit her at 22:43, it took them until 02:30 on 02/01/2024 to move her to a ward and get her a bed. They ran tests the morning of 02/01/2024 but it is now 03/01/2024 and we still haven’t received the test results. In the meantime she is losing blood and now her blood pressure has dropped below normal levels as a result of the blood loss. They gave her a drip to up the blood pressure but they ought to give her a blood transfusion considering that her bp dropped due to blood loss. She’s in pain and it takes them forever to administer pain meds. Her doctor, Dr. Mbuyambi, is practically AWOL most of the time and takes forever to attend to patients. If you want your loved ones to get the assistance they need, PLEASE DO NOT take them to Lenmed Daxina Private Hospital, the service there is atrocious. I will be moving my mother to a hospital that has staff that is actually dedicated to doing their job.
