WORSE SERVICE EVER

I had a motorbike accident. I went to the emergency room Lenmed Kathu. The office did not want accept my Medical Aid, they said I need to pay cash and then can put a claim in at my medical aid. They did not give any valid reason why they do not want to accept my medical aid. I was in so much pain and just put it on my credit card to be able to see a docter. They took me to the casual ward, the nurse check every thing and she was very helpful I must say. All my detail the person at the front desk took was incorrect, my husband had to go and help her again. The doctor was busy with a private phone call the whole time and I told him I need to go to xray department, where he was still busy on his phone. I went for xrays, the lady was also helpful and she told me that I had 2 broken ribs. When they moved me back to casualty the doctor look at the xrays and said NOTHING IS WRONG. He booked me off for 2 days, and prescribe some inflammation pills. Just before I left the hospital, the lady of the xrays department called the docter and informed and show him the ribs that are broken. He did not change me prescription or my sick letter. Just told me shame, it is going to be painful but I do not need an operation. That is that. My medical aid refuse to pay the claim, as the hospital did had to claim it from them and did not capture in the necessary dat. I can not now claim the money. This is a private hospital, I paid almost R3000 for 30 min BAD SERVICE that help nothing. The next morning I went to my doctor in Kuruman that helped me with the correct medication and the sick letter. Really, I actually believe that this company need to reimburse my money as I feel they actually STOLE my money.

The previous time I was at lenmed Kathu the left me in the a bathroom that I almost bleed to death. This hospital is not worth to be called a private hospital. I am really dispointed. As the next hospital is 200 km from our house we are forced to use this poor hospital in emergency situations.
