Very sad and angry,bad bad hospital it deserves to be closed.

I did not even stay at your hospital i have never experienced such bad service in my whole intire life your hospital is basically operating like a public hospital.

I arrived there with a threatening miscarriage and I opened a file with the hope of being helped I was told to pay a Co payment as my medical aid requires that I did and the person opening the file did not even bother to tell me that its full I waited there and when I asked questions cause there were people I found who were never assisted and they said they were there for hours,one of ur nursed told us with an attitude that the hospital is full and that she can not assure us when we will get help.

I asked why this was not said upon our arrival as we could have went to other hospitals she said we can cancel our files and we did not just me but a fee people who were there did,not being told how the refund procedure goes I even called even the lady over the phone was rude and didn't even give me the email I should send my documents to,I don't no why I should wait 2 weeks to get my money while I paid at that time and I was never gonna open a file had I known the hospital is full.

I then went to another hospital which it's service is out of this world was admitted and everything wad done orderly soo,I them fail to understand how ur staff is trained cause I felt like I wad in one of the public hospitals and the dirt is unspeakable even in the toilets.

Please refund my money as I really intend to take this up cause I have met a few people who had the same bad experience and they went to different hospital due to the conditions in your hospital.i felt like an animal not a human being.
