Very rude Admin Lady

So today one week ago I went to the doctor he told me to be at hosp the 22st. That day when I was done with the doctor I went to the hospital to do my pre booking and get my auth number for teater. My day came to go into teater waited from 6 oclock until 7 oclock to get help. When it came to my turn the white lady that day was so rude and had no respect for clients. So the doctor told me only to do my pre booking and thats all. That day that lady raised her voice at me infront of people telling me it is my fault that I have to wait. The black lady helping me had more respect and went out of her way to help us. You see that I will never go to that hospital ever again of that is the way people are treated. The lady that was so rude did not help us but she was fast enough to raise her voice. That is not client service!! They have no service and no client service.
