Very bad service

<p>We went to the emergency section at Lenmed Clinic arrived on site at 19:15. We sat in the waiting area for more the 1 hour and 30 minutes. Before we were called in we asked on of the nurses on duty more or less how long it would take and she advised that she couldn't tell us as there is only on doctor on site. I mean come on this is a private hospital where one would expect the service to be way beter then the Government hospitals with more then one doctor on site. I feel that the staff on duty is very unfriendly on not helpful at all. When one asks for information they can't provide u with clear answers. We went for x-rays they took blood and we had to wait on the doctor to give us the results. I was with my mother and another patient in the waiting room waiting for the doctor to come and see them and only when i went to question we were told that the doctor is busy with another emergency, not one of the staff on duty informed us until i questioned how long we still have to wait. At 23:10 the doctor came to call my mom to give her, her results. It really sucks to be sitting at a hospital for 4 hours. Please help so that the service can be improved for future patients. I will never ever go to Lenmed Hospital for medical care. THEY SUC****!!!!</p>
