Very angry and upset parent
The treatment I got from day one was painful and insensitive. The hospital should say parents must not sleep with their kids as I was not happy with how they tried to accommodate me with very touchy conditions. I can't wait for my kid to be discharged as I will never ever use the hospital's service.

24 Mar 2023, 20:37Someone called me and when I mentioned that I was busy with a patient she said she will call me back and it never happened. I wish I had her name to publish it so that other people can see how we are being mislead into believing our complaints are going to be addressed. Still disappointed at the service
