Useless hospital

Lenmed in Lenasia, this is not the first time, I would like to lay a formal complaint as well and I will follow the necessary steps to do so, My husband keeps informing everyone including doctors and nurses that he has epilepsy but this seems to fall on deaf ears. The first time he was hospitalized he had a seizure the day he came out but not a normal seizure, a violent one, I thought it could have been the trauma that he had gone through that initiated such an attack, however, just this past Friday, he had another seizure, worse than the one before, this is very concerning because everyone was informed of his condition. I have documents, recordings, and more from the time that he has been hospitalized to date of the trauma we have gone through at this hospital and because it is close to home we keep frequenting the place but the disregard for a patient's health is a very huge concern.

No one has been in contact with me! And I doubt anyone will be because you guys are not empathetic and have no idea how to treat patients with dignity. You feed on their desperation to be well again and this is utterly disgusting! In the last incident, your head nurse told me to ring the bell to find out what they were doing to my husband in the theatre and then one of your staff members told me that I was not supposed to be doing that, I asked her to go with me to the head nurse to ask why I was told this and she refused but kept telling me not to do that as I work for you guys, if I did I can most definitely guarantee that patients would be treated as human beings with feelings and emotions!
