Unpaid claim

Lenmed kathrada hospital in lenasia, my twins were admitted on 6/10/2020 at Lenmed hospital lenasia, the hospital made a claim for 2 kids using 1 dependant code of which GEMS paid for 1 and rejected for the second 1 reason been the dependent code was wrong, the hospital has handed my account of that child to their debt collectors, when i contacted GEMS hospital claim department they dont have proof that the hospital tried to correct their mistake on time, today i went to the hospital to have clear reason because i cannot be liable for that unpaid claim as the mistake was on their side, credit control and manager saw it and requested SHOKI to write off that claim she refused instead she was telling me about medicred and MHG which i dont understand, i need a lawyer or TV program that can help me to win this
