Unfair treatment for staff

Lenmed Randfontein private hospital is the worst hospital an employee can ever work at the hospital manager and the Matron are such bullies and treat staff unfairly with ************** and ****** even the other unit managers that work the are rude and unprofessional to staff and patient I feel sorry for all the employees in this hospital. I am just wondering what is the head office doing about such behaviour by the management. Pathetic for the short time I was in the hospital I can really say the environment is toxic and the poor employees work under pressure with skeleton staff or understaffed and are still bul**** and treated with no sense of respect.
