Unfair treatment.

When my son was admitted at Zamokuhle Private Hospital in Tembisa, it happened that during the visiting hour at 7:15 on Saturday 12/5/2018. The nurse came and took him away to insert a drip on him and brought him back at 8pm. The visitors (my mom) waited patiently to see her grandson but when she brought him back she was told that visiting hours are over therefore she needs to leave. When my mom requested more time with him the same nurse called the sister in charge for the ward, she then told her to leave because they 've got work to do. As if my mom did not have anything to do at home when she sacrificed her time and money to come to the hospital for nothing, and was also told that her time is up. After few minutes the security officers came as well. My question to them is: "what are visiting hours for if you can't see the person you came to visit". Is such treatment excepted?...
