unacceptable behavior

Daxina Medical Clinic & Mistry Radiology I was taken in for an emergency on the 1st July 2021. Daxina medical gave the medical incorrect codes and they refused to pay for my consult and x-rays. I paid them in cash immediately for treatment. On the 20th August 2021 medical paid out one amount which Mistry radiology did not find important to notify me and refund me the money. On the 3rd March 2022 medical aid paid Daxina medical and Mistry radiology the remaining amount. Daxina medical assured me they will refund my money within 14 days which they have not done. Mistry radiology have been making excuses since I contacted , "they extremely busy and Dr Mistry is on leave". They have still not attended to the matter. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and pathetic. They want us to beg them for our own money but when it comes time to paying them it must be done immediately regardless of how critical a case is.
