*****ulent claim on medical aid for Day patient was out of Hospital.

I was booked in on 20th June for C-section , medical aid approved 3 days. I was booked in at 11:46 am on 20th June 2023 and was discharged on 23rd June 2023 at 10h00 , now my medical aid has been charged for a *****ulent day , claim put through for an additional day that I was not even there the 24th June 2023 with Code 013. Why are you guys putting through *****ulent claims on our medical aids, this must be sorted out I don't want to have Outstanding accounts due to ***** or your staff incompetence. My case ID is *** and my baby was also discharged on the 23rd June 2023 Case ID ***. I tried calling the case managers do not take calls at all.
