TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED AT ER CASUALTY

Monday the 20th I took my daughter a 1 year 10 month baby to casualty as she had a persisting cough for 2 weeks.

We arrived at past 11 am in the morning it was busy but really that busy. There was no clear direction of what was going on if you where a specific race you were helped very quickly and I just calm about it. I was placed on a waiting list and the nurse advised me that I was 4th on the list. I continued to wait eventhough more people went in before my daughters vital signs was checked. Very nice and polite nurse called me in and my daughter was weighed and check and i was advised that i should wait till her name was called. at 1pm her name was called the doctor came examined her and told us that she needed to go for x-rays. at 2pm we came from the x-rays and was advised to wait in the waiting room.... We waited and Waited AND WAITED TILLL 4 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then my blood pressure went higher and I was pushed to cause a scene because the doctor and the nurse on call just did not care to inform us about the update or status on the results the x-rays was dumped at past 2.

it to me cursing and shouting like a mad person to be helped. I get these young doctors are gaining experience but if at all i shoud have received an formal apology from ER24 Casualty or Ahmed Kathrada Hospital.
