TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>My mother Berlinah Mapule Koroloso was admitted at Lenmed Hospital from 21/07 till now. She had vomiting and diarrhea condition when she came in, she was taken by Dr. R Ahmed and for 2 weeks he could help my mom he just put her in the ward and gave her antibiotics thereafter went on leave on 31/07 and never informed us never gave us feedback on the condition and Dr. Thomas took over and did an OPS on date 01/08 for appendix said that was the problem. My mother started feeling fine for 2 days after that she went back to her condition vomiting, diarrhea and her temperature up and down (feeling cold & hot) she was sent to ICU after the OPS and has been there for almost 2 weeks now, her OPS is not healing as it was suppose to, nurses advised that patience after an OPS stay in the ICU for 2-3 days when they are sent to the wards, my mother’s OPS still bleeds of blood when they try to remove stitches, I have asked for a second opinion cause it’s been long already and her condition is still the same. A high class hospital like Lenmed should be able to fix someone with a condition of vomiting and diarrhea its takes so long to find a problem and when I speak to the Dr. Thomas he tell me everything’s is 100% perfect with her doesn’t know what's the issue now, no infections, OPS went well but now on date 16/08 picked up that she has a hernia and they will start treating that now says Dr. R Ahmed was suppose to have picked that up earlier, I feel like the doctors dealing with my mother's condition do not know what they are doing, I will take this to the press and send email the radio station 702 and see if they can hear my story out, I patient of age 64 years should be taken serious maybe its because she is black and all the Indian race are the ones important because all that came in ICU were serviced perfectly and left the ICU ward but my mom is still sitting and not attended too. I will go as higher as I can in order for my mom to get help that she needs she will be left with medical bills and she is a pensioner. Hope someone get to this and help us out. </p>
