Such disappointment!

My six year old was rushed to the emergecy resus on the 6th of march 2025 were he was attented to. It took them six hours to take us to the ward , which it was communicated to them that my son is being admitted. He only saw the Dr once on Friday at 14:00 while other patients were attended frequently by their Doctors. Saturday Morning my son was coughing perfusely and when i raised it up to the nurses i was told to have spoken up earlier ! I then told them he just started coughing right now and his temperature is very high. The nurses response was because his is not admitted for cough we only treating the pains for which his here for. We were discharged at 14:00 saturday with just a single encounter with the Dr Nchabeleng. Three days of being in hospital sent home with a child who now has a virus that he got from the hospital. Iam utterly disappointed at the service, Iam now running around looking for a physician to treat this terrible cough.
