Shocking service from Lenmed Hosiptal
<p>I went in for a small operation to remove a cyst on my ovary which became 3 operations due to the medical malpractice of the doctors at that hospital. The first doctor did the operation by cut my ureter and sent me home only after a few days then she smsd me not even called me to come back to the hospital. She denied that she was at fault but all the reports shows that the cut wasn’t there before she did the operations. I waited 4 days to do the second operation by another doctor. He inserted a stint on Saturday morning but by the afternoon it was out. I was suffering with pain and spewing but didn’t know why. Only to find out by my GP that my tummy is full with liquid. I went back to the hospital for the 3rd operations which was done and spent almost 10 days in ICU as they advised it was life threatening. I had to see a social worker as I was traumatized. I have still not recovered fully. I have made so many requests to the hospital to get feedback and it seems like no one cares. No one gets back to me with feedback. No one returns my calls. There is no urgency in this matter as i am still in pain and unable to pee properly and also experience real paid when i sleep. A hospital is a place where you go to heal not to be worse off and to make the problem worse. The doctors i have experienced at that hospital were terrible and i wish no one else experiences what I have gone through.</p>

We had a meeting about a month after we reported this matter and still no outcome. The feedback is that they will try to pay the medical bills only which I think is totally unfair as my wife is still not well and suffering from the operations. The hospital says they have nothing to do with the matter because the doctor is not contracted to the hospital. I find that hard to believe because how can a doctor be working in the hospital and not be contracted. Lenmed is not taking the blame for the *********** doctors that work in Lenmed. I feel this is the worst hospital I have ever been to and I will never go there again and also I will tell all the people I know never to go there ever. Management also advised if we are not happy it will be escalated and when we went to the meeting they said we can do what we need to do. Tell me something do they even care what has happened.and is their fault.They have changed my wife’s life and up to this day she still has sleepless night. Terrible hospital really terrible...................
