Shifa Trauma Doctors are a waste of time.And Dr Gafoor cardiologist and Lynette. Pathetic patient manners. I will... When I see her..

1.Lenmed Shifa. Trauma unit has the worst doctors. Went to Shifa 3rd June with shortness of breath. Was really bad around 4pm. Was seen by Trauma Dr. Put up the dip. Lancet took bloods Normal routine was done. IV drip was up. From 4pm to 10pm lay in trauma await blood results and chest scan from. Jack Persad. I'm still in pain breathing was a little better. Ecg according to the doctor was normal At 10pm.. Dr advised there is no beds and cannot addmit further as my blood test results were normal. Been on Discovery Keycare Plus. Medical will not allow. Chest scan results as per Trauma Dr was normal. Me been in the medical sector for the past 15 years could see my heart was enlarged. Stayed in trauma from 4pm till 10pm. Was hungry😅 and still never got my toasted sandwiches but was sent home cos my test results was normal. Next Morning called my GP Dr Maharaj. Emailed the x-ray scan. He advised me to get Authorisation to see a Cardiologist ASAP. Managed to get Authorisation but earliest was 10th June with Dr Gafoor rooms. 2. This Specialist rooms is another epic story... Morning of the 10th received a call from Lynnette.. Dr Gafoors rooms. Enquiring about my where about. Advised her I'm on my way to the room will see her by 12.30pm for 1pm appointment. Misunderstanding between times I was supposed to be there by 11.45. She advised me on the phone that Dr is going on lunch 1pm. Nevertheless I was at The cardiologist room Dr Gafoor at 12.28pm. Dr Gafoor was standing by my left side and Lynette (acts like she Dr's wife or Wana bee) Says in front of Dr Gafoor (looking at her watch). Dr will be going on lunch. There's nothing I can do now. My sister (whom is in the medical sector as Umhlanga trauma) Please can doctor just look at the scan it's of utmost importance as the GP. Not telling her that we both aware of the situation but obviously a Cardiologist knows better.. Lynette says sorry next appointment 18 or 22nd September. Walked out of Dr Gafoor suite all lost for words. As I never had a problem with Cardic only asthma. 3. My sister knocked on Dr Hansa rooms The receptionist advised us appointment for 18th September as well. My sister advised Shyista Dr Hansa receptionist about the Authorisation for today and showed her the scan report. 4. Shyista was God sent. Without any further explanation. She ask.. Can you change the Authorization number to Dr Hansa and handed me Dr's card. Auth was changed from Dr Waste of time Dr Gafoor to People's doctor Dr Hansa. Shyista only advised, there few patients before you. But Dr will see you today. 5. Dr Hansa cardiologist called me in He was surprised how I got to see him. Echo and Ecg test was done. No tredmil test. Dr Hansa only said. You have to be Admitted now now. A S A P. I have to do the Angoigram like now.. I'm shock, scared out of breath. I walk out of Dr Gafoor (, waste of time) rooms With a heart rate of 18 %. Dr Hansa said.. "My Dear.. You are a walking dead" 6. I thank God. Allah. Christ. 🙌🙏For having sincere people like Shyista and Diamond award Dr Hansa cardiologist. His not here for money but loves his job 7. NB Shyista never worry about Dr Hansa eating or drinking.. I Will be taking this matter urgently... Urgently awaiting assistance from the medical lawyer...
