Settle my account
Hi <br> <br> I spoke to a lady about my outstanding balance in 2014 asking her if I can get a discount on my account if I settle my account, she said it was okay but had to pay the R2,000.00 latest the following day, I paid the R2,000.00 the next day now I get calls saying I owe saying that I have an outstanding balance of +/-R700.00.<br> I hate being called a ****, and for the record I will never put a food in that hospital ever again. I have learned my lesson that all correspondence must go through e-mail.
