**** Service and Attitude

Yesterday my mother was admitted to Lenmed, when she got admitted the nurse suppose to put a glucose drop which she never, when they needed to take her to theatre she wanted to put it, then she went to the theatre rooms and the doctor couldn't find her apparently she was missing according to the anesthesiologist eventually they did what they needed to. Then my dad came and they refused to let him in yet I said I need to leave and give him my mother's valuable they said it's not visiting hours so I said even if the ****** patient is dying you going to say its not visiting hours and they had a nerve to say yes so I let it be. Then my mum came out of theatre at 12:05 and they never let my dad or me in till about 12:30 the nurse stands by the lift and tells us one of us can go in burn couldn't come tell us nicely. Then the doctor came at 14:30 and said she must to on a drip, we went back at about 15:45 the drop wasn't on, they excuse was they had stock we called the doctor and the doctor never know nothing then the head of the hospital or whoever she is came to us and was like what is the problem and we told her and she tells us they were trying to resuscitate a person that past away so we like all the nurses must attend one patient that is dying what about the others and she was like yes all the nurses had to attend which is ****ing bull ****. My mum is vegetarian and when she was asked what does she want she said something vegetarian and the nurse said there is nothing vegetarian and when we complained to the head we were told that the kitchen chef had to come and see what she wants and make accordingly, we got an apology and that was all and the attitude and the way things are going in this hospital its disgusting and we go there as its convient but to get this **** attitude its disgusting.
