Good day, The hospital in question is Ahmed Kathrada hospital in Lenasia. Please do investigate because the only time anything gets done right is by me raising me voice and having my phone ready with the intention to record!

Lenmed, still waiting for a response and now my husband is going in for another surgery and only because the doctor works from this specific hospital only! I have all admits documented and each time has been a horrible experience, this time I will not let anything go and will ensure that I take all the information I have and take this further because Lenmed itself and the customer service experience overall is terrible!

Ahmed Kathrada hospital, the most useless hospital I have ever come across, patients are left to suffer in reception because you dont have beds for a returning patient who had an operation four days ago at your hospital! There is so much confusion and uncer*****y, I am going to go public with the initial mess up made up by your first doctor that operated on him four years ago, I have proof of everything that was done and now another mess up!
