Rude , disrespectful,credit controller

I only have one complaint about this hospital !Mmolotsi Nokana credit control of lenmed,after my medical aid has paid everything he still have the nerve to write me a RUDE email saying I owe the short fall , I have prove that has been paid! I dnt know if he hates his job or what but his a RUDE , self entitled person! Even when I had a face to face interactions after a traumatic experience of giving birth too early he was still RUDE ! I have nothing against the hospital and the DRs because the service I received was really amazing BUT just This one individual has made me not to return to the hospital ever again!!he needs to learn how to speak to people this life! It will humble him! Even after my medical aid sent him prove ,he doesn’t write me a email to apologize for speaking to me like that because his facts where wrong
