Ridiculous service from Dr Goolab's office

I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend and boss who has been struggling with migraines for 7 years now. Last year Dr Goolab from Lenmed Lenasia performed brain surgery on her in order to try and relieve the headaches and this has not worked. She is now trying to get an appointment to have injections done but it is ridiculously difficult to get the receptionist/admin person to confirm an appointment. And in the mean time she has to try and run her business while in excruciating pain. This is honestly ridiculous. If Dr Goolab or Lenmed does not want to help her, why cant they just refer her to someone else? Preferably closer as she has to drive from Bedfordview to Lenasia just in the hopes of actually seeing the dr. Can this be sorted out asap? Should client care not always come first???
