Poor service (specific Dr)

I'm rating 3 stars because of this 1 Dr. By the name Sumaya Ahmed, her services are so poor. Otherwise Lenmed is a good hospital

1st. Our first appointment with her, she wasn't there at all, the clerk told us she does this to her patients. She books every one for the same time slot, 11:00am to be specific, we all pile up waiting for her, then she doesn't even keep time.

2nd. My son was admitted a month ago for grommet ear surgery. On the day of a surgery She never came to the ward to check on her patient (my son) and to help us fill the forms, apparently there was a form she had to take us through before the surgery but she didn't, a male Nurse had to help us through it at the surgery site.

3rd. She never came to check on her patient before he was discharged from the hospital. We didn't know how to clean his ears and what to expect during this period, we had to Google.

4th. Tomorrow is our check up date, we are again booked for 11:00am when we ask for a different time slot, they refuse, we had to threaten them that we will report them, only then they agreed to change it.
