Poor service and horrible environment
My wife took 2 hours on arrival before she see a Dr let alone a receptionist was not there at her desk. Got no food at night and Dr Gynecologist said she will see her in the morning so she must not eat breakfast. Now it's 10h00 still no Dr seen her and no food given. I suggest that guys you don't use Randfontein Lenmed hospital. The service is poor and pathetic. The Drs are pure useless and have no emotions or professionalism. They just collect money.

18 Feb 2022, 11:28Situation still the same my wife has not yet eat Dr and Sister said she must continue to fast waiting to go to theater. How pathetic is this. Patient going to theater must go in the morning after fasting. No one including that unprofessional Dr can fast night and day. If theater is full patient must eat and go the following day. This is revenue increase style by extending the patient stay and bill more.
