Poor patient handling

I have been a patient in that hospital and received very bad treatment from the nursing staff as a sister said I do not want to get out of the bed they needed but nobody removed any of the tags or the drip and I had an morfine injection twenty minutes earlier, there were however three other empty beds in the ICU where I was , upon complaining to their head office the nursing manager and hospital manager stated they do not want patients complaining and I should rather visit the Gariep hospital Kimberley in future. The management and staff are very rude in that hospital
