Plastic bag

I went in in the morning to bring in clothes and other essentials for my mother and was told by the receptionist that I could not bring in the clothing in a bag, and that I should find a clear plastic bag if I wanted my mother to get the clothing. I asked the gentleman attending to me as to where I'm supposed to get a plastic bag of that nature and I was told to go to the mall to get the plastic otherwise I should just leave with the things I had brought in. He then proceeded to tell me that even if I called on management I would still get that response. Frustrated I asked some grounds men if they could assist me with a plastic bag and it's then that I was told by them that a similar situation is occurring at Daxina and that people are provided with plastics to bring in for their patients. My problem is not that I must bring in my own bag, my problem is that the staff I encountered was rude and they made it my problem to solve a problem caused by a rule that was apparently enforced the day before
