Pathetic service recieve at Ahmed kathrada hospital

The word pathetic does not even come close to the service received at this hospital... It's now 12:52 am and I had to go and fetch my mother who just came out of an operation a day ago, she has received bad service from nurses and denied a proper icu room with no one to check up on her and any of her needs she was then told to sign a form saying that she does not want to be under medical supervision which is not true as no one is attending to her, her hand was swollen where her drip was nurses made jokes and she was put in a room where renovation was done every nurse on duty today must be reported for there *********** behaviour and lack of emphathy towards a patient This hopsital is named after an apartheid activist whose name should be carried with pride, yet this hopsital continues to provide pathetic service My mother was taken out of her icu room to provide a place for another patient who was in need of care Should other peoples care be compromised because of space that this hopsital fails to provide I hope you take this compliant very seriously if not it will be escalated further as people's health and sanitation is being compromise at Ahmed kathrada private hospital
