Pathetic Service

<div>On the 20th of October I got the most pathetic service from the ENT specialist at Zamokuhle Private Hospital, my check up was suppose to be at 14:00 and 2hrs later I was still waiting. The longest time I've waited for a check up was 30min. The assistant was busy on the phone the whole time giving me an attitude "sit down" when I asked what's taking the doctor so long. The doctor must explain in detail why he is late he cannot do whatever he pleases. The doctor t and his assistant MUST be reviewed as this is POOR SERVICE I have never experienced such POOR SERVICE at a private hospital , they don't deserve the hefty amount I paid. I am still waiting for a call back from the hospital's senior management as the unit manager promised to forward this matter to them.</div>
