Staff lacks professionalism and attention to detail

Communication skills are non existent.

I was playing paddle tennis and fractured my foot and was transported to Ahmed Khatrada hospital lenmed at 9:30pm I finished at 1:30am that is 4 hours just to take an X Ray and put a backslab, the hospital was not even busy if which I would that understood the reason for the long waiting period.

My X Ray request form stated injured while walking I told thee doctor please correct it and state while playing tennis and this is sport related injury and makes a difference for the medical aid, she than corrected it on one of the forms.

My claim has been submitted and hospital claim was rejected as incorrect details are most likely submitted, I tried calling the hospital I been sent from pillar to post, I really can not deal with such high level of incompetence at this stage! Basics of taking an accurate patient history and supplying accurate ICD10 codes is crucial for all aspects and not just medical aid claims.
