Pathetic service

My mom was involved in a car accident in 2016. Lenmed failed to give her documents required by RAF they promised to call when documents are ready. This year she went to RAF as they were in Lenasia civic centre spoke to a consultant they told her the she needs a medical report she then went back to Lenmed they told her documents were not ready I mean from 2016. She was told that they will call her and she must pay R1800 I mean she's now a pensioner. She tried to organize that amount Lenmed called back for documentation it wasn't easy raising that amount as she is now a pensioner. Can someone please assist because she needs to claim and time is not on her side. It's been 7 months visiting the hospital and to date nothing has happened
